Toll People is seeking experienced Team Leaders to join our client's high-performing warehouse operations in Heathwood. This is a fantastic prospect to lead from the front in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily warehouse operations within your designated zone
- Coordinate shift activities and allocate tasks across team members
- Maintain accurate inventory control and investigate discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and performance KPIs
- Deliver on-the-job training and conduct team inductions
- Collaborate with management, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations

What You'll Bring:

- 2+ year's experience in warehouse team leadership
- Proven ability to supervise and support operational teams
- Strong communication skills and a professional, respectful approach
- Solid understanding of warehousing procedures and safety standards
- LF forklift licence required; LO licence highly regarded
- A can-do attitude, reliability, and a team-first mindset
