About This Role
We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Field Service Technician. As a key member of our workforce, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by activating and ensuring telecommunications/technology products and services.
* This involves working independently to provide seamless service rectification and product installations that satisfy our customers' needs.
You will participate in a diverse team environment to deliver outstanding customer and commercial outcomes aligned with our corporate strategy. Our ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Deliver seamless service rectification and product installations to satisfy our customers.
* Maintain and install copper cables, including fault finding, jointing, and networking.
* Manage Fibre network technology, Core network technology, and Data services.
* Install and maintain Customer Premises Equipment (both consumer and business).
* Fault find over copper networks in rural or remote settings.
