We're seeking a skilled and self-motivated Carpenter to join our team on a casual basis, working 20–30 hours per week.
About the role:
This role suits someone who is confident working independently, can manage their own tasks on site, and takes pride in producing quality work. You'll be working mainly on new residential builds, carrying out a variety of internal and external carpentry works, including but not limited to:
External carpentry tasks:
* Framing and structural carpentry
* Straightening, rectification, and fix-up works
* External cladding and trim
* Eaves, fascia, and general external fit-off
* Decking and pergola works (where required)
Internal carpentry tasks:
* Fix-out carpentry
* Doors, architraves, and skirting
* Internal framing adjustments and straightening
* General internal fit-off and defect rectification
* Problem-solving on site as issues arise
What we're looking for:
* Qualified Carpenter or experienced tradesperson
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Reliable, punctual, and professional on site
* Own tools and reliable transport required
* White Card required
