Be part of a genuine team who is passionate about 5-star customer service.ResponsibilitiesAs a Front Office Receptionist, you will be the face and first point of contact for the RACV Inverloch Resort.
In this busy and varied role, you will be on your feet and utilising your amazing customer service skills to provide our members with the best experience whilst at the reception desk.
You will be motivated and hardworking with the "can-do attitude" which will see you thrive in the role.Key responsibilities include day-to-day duties associated with check in and check out of members, accommodation reservations, answering phone calls, and assisting with requests and general enquiries.
You'll be rostered to meet the peak and flow of business demands.
Shifts will vary across a 7-day rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.QualificationsExperience in a 4-5-star hotel or resort, Opera knowledge would be an advantageA desire to deliver a high level of customer serviceA professional face-to-face and telephone manner with exceptional communication skillsExcellent administration and organisational skillsA high attention to detailTeam player and able to work well under pressureFlexibility to work across a 7-day rotating rosterShift patterns: 0700-1500, 1200-2000, 1500-2300What we offerOngoing training and career development opportunitiesThe opportunity to work for a company that values its employeesFree roadside assistanceApplication processClick 'Apply' to submit your CV.
