The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Administrator to play a key role in supporting the delivery of high‐quality building projects.
You will oversee day‐to‐day project administration while coordinating trades and subcontractors on site, supporting the Project Manager to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
The role offers the chance to develop a strong foundation in construction project administration while gaining exposure to site engineering and broader project delivery responsibilities.

The Successful Candidate
You will be detail‐focused, highly organised, and accountable, with a strong interest in accurate project administration, technical documentation control, on‐site problem solving, and effective trade coordination.
You thrive in a fast‐paced site environment, communicate confidently with stakeholders, and take a proactive approach to supporting key programme milestones.
You Will Have
* Bachelor's degree in construction project management, or a related discipline.
* Demonstrated experience in a site administration or similar role within the construction industry.
* Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
* Practical knowledge of construction practices and materials.
* Strong communication skills, with proven experience coordinating trades, managing delays, and influencing safety and quality outcomes.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Procore and/or Hammertech (highly desirable).
