About The Role
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for new business strategy and revenue generation across the APAC region. The BDM will drive sales for the Company’s Enterprise EOR & AOR Solutions during an exciting growth phase. Operating in six locations across APAC, this role complements the existing sales team, focusing on local and global contingent workforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop plans and strategies for generating new business and achieving revenue goals and sales quotas.
* Research and identify potential new business leads.
* Manage pipeline data in a sales database; analyze market opportunities and target prospects.
* Lead consultative discussions with senior leaders and C-level executives to convert leads into revenue.
* Create cost analyses and proposals for prospects, providing detailed sales forecasts.
* Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity; provide feedback to leadership.
* Utilize strategic selling skills to engage with senior-level executives and prospective clients.
About You
* Bachelor’s degree in business management or a relevant field.
* Self-motivated with experience in MSP, RPO, VMS, Contract Recruitment, Contractor Management Solutions, HR Technology, or Human Capital Management.
* Experience selling complex Mass Talent Enterprise EOR or AOR Solutions with mid to long-term sales cycles.
* Knowledge of staffing industry, software, and technology is desirable.
* Proven track record of achieving revenue, profit, and market share targets.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
