Responsibilities
* Supporting and guiding the development of objectives, strategies, and plans aimed at enhancing customer experience and satisfaction, while ensuring the effective utilization of organizational resources and capabilities.
* Identifying business and operational gaps and opportunities through the application of continuous improvement and change management methodologies.
* Analyzing and assessing current systems, structures, and capabilities to identify areas for improvement.
* Advising clients by providing recommendations based on gap analyses to address organizational challenges and inefficiencies.
* Developing and presenting proposals to improve methods and procedures, optimize workflows, redefine roles, and foster innovation within the organization.
* Assisting with the implementation of approved changes and initiatives.
* Providing coaching and mentoring to individuals and teams to strengthen targeted capabilities and support sustainable development.
Qualifications
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
* Working knowledge of Python, SQL, SAS, and SAP
* Master's degree in a relevant field
* Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience
