Djinda Health is seeking a reliable and professional Reception & Administration Officer to join our busy pre-employment medical clinic.
This is a front-facing role suited to someone who enjoys helping people, communicating clearly, and working accurately in a structured clinical environment.
About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for candidates attending medical examinations and for employers making booking enquiries.
Key responsibilities include:
* Welcoming and checking in candidates attending appointments
* Answering phone and email enquiries professionally
* Booking appointments at our clinic and affiliated clinics Australia-wide
* Preparing, scanning and managing documents using Adobe Acrobat
* Data entry and reporting tasks using Microsoft Word and Excel
* Reviewing examination paperwork for completeness and accuracy
* Supporting the clinical team with general administrative duties
About You

* Confident on the phone and comfortable handling frequent enquiries
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Reliable, honest, and able to work independently when required
* Willing to learn clinic systems and develop Microsoft Office skills

* Competency or willingness to learn:
