Position Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer who is passionate about packaging design and the power of clean, professional aesthetics in purchasing decisions. You wil be able to multitask, design efficiently, and complete artwork within tight deadlines. Collaboration and stakeholder management is a key element to success in this role so you will need to be comfortable interacting with others beyond the screen to get the right outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Strong focus on the creation of product packaging to existing brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and appeal at shelf. The role will also be required to provide design support across other activities such as catalogues, print assets, digital assets, point of sale, and more. End-to-end project management to time and quality requirements Maintain consistency across brand channels and CYGNETT partnerships. Ability to collaborate and communicate within a team and the wider CYGNETT team, taking on feedback and being adaptable to changes. Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite & Adobe Creative Cloud, in particular: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. We are a business who is also curious about possibilities and open to extracurricular alternatives outside packaging so an interest beyond packaging specialisation in the following areas could also add an extra element to the role: Animations Motion Graphics 3D rendering Qualifications & Capabilities: Degree qualified in a degree relating to graphic design. 4 years of experience with solid understanding of packaging design, retail display and POS. Thorough understanding of various printing processes and knowledge in materials, embellishments, inks, finishes and others. Highly proficient and skilled in designing within the Adobe Creative Cloud; specifically, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Strong Project Management skills. Meticulous eye for detail, completing exceptional design outcomes from brief through to finished art.
