You’ll be the calm in the chaos, the detail-checker, the vibe-setter, and the problem-solver. Key Functions Deliver an exceptional, personalised check-in and check-out experience Respond to guest requests with warmth, professionalism and urgency Manage reservations, room allocations and guest billing with accuracy Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities, services and local hotspots Coordinate guest requests and VIP arrangements with internal teams Support group arrivals, events and guest logistics when required Take ownership of service recovery and resolve issues end-to-end Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety/security standards
