About the Role:
This is an opportunity to lead a remote-based sales team and drive revenue growth. As a Virtual Sales Leader, you will be responsible for developing customer-first sales strategies and fostering strong relationships with Residential Real Estate Agency clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing sales teams within B2B consultative selling environments and possess excellent verbal communication skills. They will also be able to negotiate and handle objections effectively, driving win-win outcomes and lasting partnerships.
In addition to their technical skills, they must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive team performance through setting and measuring KPIs aligned with revenue targets.
* Provide valuable coaching and mentoring to upskill team members where required and instill excellent sales methodologies.
* Empower the team to maintain existing relationships through end-to-end virtual management and solution selling.
* Assist in the roll-out of new and featured products that solve problems and meet client goals.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
* Sales team management experience in a B2B consultative selling environment.
* Excellent verbal communication and ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
* Ability to negotiate and handle objections, driving win-win outcomes and lasting partnerships.
