About the Role:
Adcore Australia is hiring a Sales Account Executive to drive new business growth from our Melbourne APAC hub. You'll sell both our award-winning performance marketing services and Adcore Marketing Cloud — our AI-powered SaaS platform — to brands, advertisers, and agencies across Australia.
This is a full-cycle hunter role with uncapped commission, a global team behind you, and a clear runway to grow as we scale across APAC. You'll work directly with the Commercial Director to develop and execute go-to-market initiatives, manage the sales cycle from prospecting to close, and help expand Adcore's presence in the Australian market.
The ideal candidate has a background in digital marketing, advertising, or SaaS, understands the performance marketing ecosystem, and is hungry to grow in a fast-moving AdTech environment.
What You'll Be Doing
* Hunt and close — own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through to negotiation and signed contract.
* Build pipeline your way — convert outbound, inbound, and marketing-qualified leads, plus self-source through your own network.
* Run discovery that lands — lead meetings with CMOs, Heads of Digital, and Heads of eCommerce to understand their goals and shape proposals that win.
* Sell the full Adcore stack — position both our agency services and Adcore Marketing Cloud SaaS to mid‐market and enterprise advertisers.
* Work cross‐functionally — collaborate with marketing, account management, and product to shape offers that match real client needs.
* Represent the brand — show up at APAC industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities as the face of Adcore in Australia.
* Partner with leadership — work directly with the Commercial Director on go‐to‐market strategy and territory planning.
What You Bring
* 3–5 years in sales, business development, or new business roles — ideally in digital marketing, advertising, AdTech, or SaaS.
* A live network of marketing decision‐makers across Australia — CMOs, Heads of Digital, Heads of eCommerce, Performance Marketing leads.
* Solid grasp of the digital marketing ecosystem and performance channels (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, etc.) — a strong advantage.
* Proven track record managing the full sales cycle and hitting quota.
* Strong discovery, presentation, and relationship‐building skills — you can run a room and earn trust fast.
* Fluent with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce.
* Self‐driven, organised, and comfortable juggling multiple deals at different stages.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field — preferred, not required if you've got the track record.
