Sydney Brewers Group is on a mission to transform the cafe experience along the NSW South Coast. With several cafe venues under our wing and more on the way, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Corporate Services Manager to join our leadership team in Wollongong. What You'll Be Doing This is a leadership role with real influence, perfect for someone who loves making things run smoothly behind the scenes while staying connected to the big picture. You will be: Helping shape the backbone of a growing hospitality group by building smart, scalable systems across operations, HR, and finance Working closely with cafe managers and leadership to keep everything running smoothly - from staffing plans and payroll to compliance and contracts Being the go-to person for managing day-to-day corporate operations, handling the practical stuff like reporting, budgeting, legal documents, and supplier relationships Playing a key role in onboarding new cafes into the group - setting up processes, handling transitions, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks Setting up and refining systems for staff rostering, HR policies, and digital tools so each venue can operate efficiently Supporting the team's big-picture goals - like planning for growth, preparing updates for investors, and helping turn vision into action Building strong relationships with accountants, legal advisors, councils, and other external partners who are part of the business journey Keeping an eye on opportunities for improvement, whether it is saving time, improving workflows, or making the team's day-to-day smoother What We are Looking For We're after someone who is commercially savvy, highly organised, and genuinely excited by the idea of helping build a business. You will thrive here if you enjoy working across different areas, solving problems, and making a real impact. Ideally, you'll have: Around 5 years of experience in corporate services, operations, or general business management Confidence with financial processes, HR management, and compliance in an Australian business setting Experience in a multi-site environment (hospitality, retail, or similar would be a bonus) A down-to-earth, proactive attitude - you're someone who just gets things done Great communication skills and the ability to work well with a wide range of people Why Join Sydney Brewers?
