As a Banking Consultant, you will be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting their end-to-end banking needs.
* Participate in a collaborative team environment and act as a role model and peer coach.
* Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy.
* Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives.
* Evaluate compliance with ANZ policies and procedures.
