**About the Role**
As Digital Product Owner within our mobile banking team, you will be focused on helping to build exceptional customer experiences within one of our mobile app squads. You will play a key role in helping to define the roadmap, setting the vision and reacting to customer feedback, analytics insights and product insights to help shape the future of mobile banking for the Bank of Queensland group.

**About you**
- You will be required to gather information in order to understand customer needs and objectives. You will work closely with various business areas including innovation, architecture, product, marketing and other teams to execute and delivering leading digital solutions.
- You are across the epics, features and user stories that relate to customer and digital, raising changes and feedback and making day-to-day decisions on design and build aspects
- The digital product backlog and planned releases are aligned with the business roadmap outlined by the company strategy, as well as the digital roadmap.
- Review and evaluate customer needs, expectations and issues by conducting and participating in Ui/UX design thinking workshops, and analysing product reviews, customer data and web/mobile analytics
- Conduct ideation sessions with various stakeholders groups and convert ideas into customer deliverables, identifying and defining enhancement opportunities along the way
- Working with all stakeholders to prioritise the backlog and plan customer releases
- Track and improve the performance of the digital solutions delivered

**What will set you apart**
- Experience in leveraging customer insights to build and develop tailored, innovative and differentiated products and solutions
- 5+ years' experience working in an Agile delivery environment as a Digital Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst within financial services
- The ability to prioritise effectively to maintain a manageable workload for teams and maximise customer value delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with strong ability to explain and articulate requirements.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships across the business to drive product development and growth
- A combination of technical aptitude/judgement, commercial acumen and product management skills
