Key responsibilities:
* Change Management Strategy:
Design, develop, and implement a holistic change management strategy for the assigned projects, detailing the overall change management approach, key activities and outcomes required to land the change successfully
* Stakeholder Engagement:
Identify and engage with key stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Conduct stakeholder analysis, build strong relationships and tailored engagement strategies, and ensure buy-in and support for the projects
* Communication Planning:
Develop and execute a detailed communication plan to keep all stakeholders informed about the project's progress, upcoming changes, and the value proposition of the new platforms
* Training Program Development:
Design, develop, and deliver a comprehensive training program for end-users, administrators, and other key roles. This includes creating training materials (eg. user manuals, quick reference guides, e-learning modules), conducting in-person and virtual training sessions, and managing the training schedule
* User Adoption and Resistance Management:
Actively monitor user adoption rates and identify potential areas of resistance. Develop and implement strategies to address concerns, provide support, and encourage positive user behaviour
* Impact Assessment:
Conduct change impact analyses to identify how the implementation will affect business processes, roles, and responsibilities
* Reinforcement and Support
: Establish post-go-live support mechanisms and feedback loops to ensure a smooth transition and continuous improvement. Provide coaching and support to leadership and managers to drive change within their teams. Establish change champion initiatives to drive engagement
* Collaboration:
Work closely with program leadership, project team, technical leads, business analysts, and other cross-functional teams to ensure a unified and successful project delivery
* Metrics and Reporting:
Define and track change management metrics to measure the effectiveness of the strategy and report on progress to Program Director and sponsors
* Risk management:
Proactively identify, manage and escalate risks and issues with the potential to impact on the delivery of change management activities or program plans
To succeed in this role you will bring with you:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, organisational development, or a related field
* Experience: Proven experience in change management, organisational transformation, or related roles
* Knowledge: Strong knowledge of change management methodologies
* Certification: Change management certification preferable
* Analytical skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
* Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
* Project management: Experience in projects and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
* Interpersonal skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
* Stakeholder engagement: Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
* Experience with Salesforce, Amazon Connect highly regarded
