About the roleProduct Managers at Fivecast are responsible for identifying, defining and driving Fivecast products and features through a complete lifecycle from inception to support. The Product Manager (Financial Crime) will have a specific focus on the Financial Crime market segment and work with all areas of the business to increase market penetration by enhancing the existing products for the financial sector, integrating with partner solutions, and working with 3rd party data providers on data integrations.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping a deep understanding of competitive landscape.Understanding customer's problems and defining solutions to address them.Developing product specifications and feature descriptions.Working with clients to elicit requirements during product inception and throughout the product lifecycle.Working with the Product Development and Operations teams to steer and oversee feature development and release products and features to clients.Working with Tradecraft, Marketing and Sales on market strategy to ensure adoption and on-going success of developed capability.Assist VP Product Development with shaping the Product Roadmap.RequirementsAustralian Citizenship: The role will need citizenship to be eligible for NV1 defence clearance.Tertiary Qualifications: University Bachelor's degree in a STEM, financial markets or business field.Skills and ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in product management / business analysis / systems engineering with significant time spent in business requirements analysis, product definition, requirements engineering and end user engagement.Minimum 2 years experience in developing products for the Financial/Banking sector.Experience in high tech sector working on web applications, AI, risk analytics.Working with tech teams to deliver consumer facing web applications.Ability to work with stakeholders to elicit and manage requirements, including clients and other engineering staff.Ability to develop product specifications, feature descriptions and product roadmaps.Strong organisational skills, is detail oriented, and a pro-active team player.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Outstanding writing and documentation skills.Excellent communication and people skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
