We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Specialist to join a dynamic, high-performing digital marketing team of one of Australia's largest and most respected retail giants.
What you'll be doing:
In this hands-on executional role, you will be the technical engine for campaign deployments, receiving finalised creative and briefs and taking full ownership of the build and execution process by;
* Building and executing multi-channel campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
* Utilising your deep expertise in AMPscript and email-specific HTML to create dynamic, personalised content for millions of customers.
* Building push notifications and in-app messages using enterprise mobile marketing tools.
* Using SQL queries to segment audiences and prepare data for campaigns.
* Navigating a sophisticated, enterprise-level workflow with exceptional attention to detail.
What You'll Bring:
* Demonstrable, hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
* Strong proficiency in AMPscript and SQL is essential.
* Expert-level knowledge of HTML and CSS specifically for email development.
* Experience with enterprise-level mobile marketing platforms (e.g., Swrve, Braze, MoEngage, Airship) for building push and in-app campaigns.
* A meticulous, detail-oriented mindset - you thrive in a process-driven environment.
* The ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively. You are reliable, low-maintenance, and known for simply \"getting on with it.\"
* Previous experience in a large, complex organisation (retail, e-commerce, or agency) is highly advantageous.
