Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage booking and coordination tasks
2. Handle phone call inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
3. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
4. Process invoices efficiently and accurately
5. Manage and organize Outlook emails
6. Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets
7. Provide general administrative support, including filing and archiving
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in a call centre or similar role
2. Energetic, proactive, and highly organized
3. Capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
5. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
6. Exceptional work ethic and commitment to excellence
