* Assembling and fabricating window, door, and screen products
* Prior experience in fabricating commercial products is beneficial
* Punctuality, reliable transport, and a current driver's license are required
* Willingness to learn and take direction
* Ability to read detailed production documentation and plans
* Effective communication skills to ensure safety and accuracy
