We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Risk and Quality Manager to play a pivotal role in our operations across ANZ. Key responsibilities
Risk Management:
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive business continuity frameworks covering operational, financial, reputational, and strategic risks
Safety Management:
Oversee safety management systems, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a proactive safety culture throughout the organisation
Performance Monitoring:
Set and monitor key quality and safety metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are met and exceeded
Quality Assurance:
Lead the design and implementation of robust quality management systems and continuous improvement programs that drive accountability and enhance performance
Audit Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with audit frameworks to achieve vital certifications and performance outcomes in safety and quality
Team Development:
Direct, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing team while promoting a culture of People First, excellence, and continuous improvement
About You
Proven track record of implementing strategies that enhance performance, compliance, and efficiency, ideally across multi-functions of safety, risk, quality, and Business Continuity
Experience in coaching and developing managers and teams in these essential domains to achieve required performance standards
Demonstrated ability to create and maintain strong business relationships and collaborate with multiple functions/sites to drive common solutions
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation and with core customers
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a focus on data-driven results and KPI management
Ability to think critically in complex situations, deal with ambiguity and think laterally to problem-solve and drive continuous improvement
Pragmatic and able to effectively manage multiple matters while being hands on at times
A degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to undertake travel across ANZ
