Job Description: As an Accounts Clerk, you will provide support to our Accounts Receivable and payable teams. Your duties will include designing internal communications for accounts processes, data cleansing, supporting month end processes, and supporting our Trust accounting team with audit processes.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative assistance to the Accounts Receivable and payable teams

2. Design and implement internal communications for accounts processes

3. Cleanse and maintain accurate financial data

4. Support month end processes and ensure timely completion

5. Contribute to the audit process in the Trust accounting team

About the Role:

* Undergraduate commerce studies a plus

* PASSIONATE about PROCESS IMPROVEMENT and DIGITIZATION

* Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

* Commitment to teamwork and excellent customer service
