The ideal candidate will have high energy, a willingness to learn, and ambition. You will need a current driver's license, your own car, and either a current agent's representative certificate or be willing to obtain one with our support.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Generating new business through telephone marketing and door-knocking
* Attending open for inspections and private inspections
* Assisting with inquiries via phone and email
* Following up with buyers via phone and email
* Writing follow-up reports for vendors
* Preparing property reports
* Managing the database
* Processing new listings and advertising schedules
* Scheduling appointments
* Preparing and curating marketing campaigns
