Principal Engineer, Enterprise DevSecOps
We are seeking a senior technical leader to shape, govern, and evolve critical Finance, Procurement and Supply platforms, with oversight across integration and cloud applications. The role provides deep technical stewardship of Oracle E‐Business Suite and leads the transition to Oracle Fusion.
Key responsibilities include:
* Shaping engineering standards, integration patterns (especially via Boomi), and AWS-hosted application architectures to ensure secure, resilient, and observable platforms.
* Driving DevSecOps, automation, and pragmatic AI adoption to improve operational efficiency and platform reliability.
* Resolving complex cross‐domain issues, reducing technical debt, guiding solution design, and advising senior stakeholders.
* Leading through technical authority without direct people management.
Qualifications
* Deep expertise in Oracle E‐Business Suite with strong familiarity of Oracle Fusion.
* Experience supporting enterprise‐scale ERP platforms, including EBS‐to‐Fusion transition activities.
* Hands‐on Boomi integration experience and strong capability across API‐led and event‐driven patterns.
* Strong skills in AWS‐hosted architectures, DevSecOps, CI/CD, automation, IaC, observability, and AI‐enabled operational insights.
* Demonstrated technical leadership: guiding engineers, influencing architecture, managing risk, and reducing technical debt.
* Excellent communication with senior stakeholders and vendors.
* Oracle and Boomi certifications; experience leading engineering teams is highly regarded.
