About the Role
In this hands-on and rewarding role, you’ll deliver fun, engaging lifestyle activities that help residents feel connected, valued and supported.
Alongside some aspects of personal care, you’ll spend meaningful time with residents — getting to know their interests, supporting their wellbeing, and creating activities that bring enjoyment to their day.
Please note: These are casual positions. Internally, this role is known as Personal Care Worker – Wellbeing .
Experience & Skills
* Experience as a PCA, or previous experience in a Lifestyle role
* Interest in lifestyle, wellbeing or activity-based work
* Ability to engage residents in meaningful activities
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to follow care plans and resident preferences
* Team player with a collaborative approach
* Genuine passion for resident wellbeing
* Certificate IV in Lifestyle & Leisure (or similar) highly regarded
