Speech Pathologist – Grade 2 Adult Acute
Fixed Term Full Time for 12 months – 80 hours per fortnight (including monthly ADO)
Responsibilities
As a Grade 2 Speech Pathologist you will:
* Lead quality improvement activities
* Supervise junior staff and students
* Develop leadership and management skills
* Work across adult streams, including acute inpatients, specialist outpatient clinics and other programs

Key Selection Criteria
* Degree in Speech Pathology (or equivalent), eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia membership/certification, and a current driver's licence
* Clinical experience in assessment and management of adults with diverse diagnoses, evidence‐based practice; VFSS/FEES experience desirable
* Ability to contribute to and lead quality improvement initiatives and support service development
* Experience in supervision, training, or professional support of others, with commitment to ongoing learning and reflective practice
* Strong communication and teamwork skills, working effectively in a multidisciplinary, fast‐paced environment
* Well‐developed organisational and self‐management skills, independent work, seeking support when needed, alignment with organisational values
