What We Are Looking For:
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Open to innovative and unique programming and practice
* Inclusive of others and brings a positive attitude every day
* Ready to implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy
* Interest in and/or passion for the RIE approach with motivation to actively embed and model it
* Experience as an Educator and/or Lead Educator, particularly with toddler, preschool, and multi-age groups
* Ability to build and maintain meaningful connections with colleagues, families, children, and the wider community
* Enthusiastic, dedicated, and reliable professional, relentless in the pursuit of excellence for children and eager to grow with our service.
Essential Criteria:
* Valid NSW Working With Children Check
* Understanding of contemporary child safe practices
* Available for full-time, part-time or casual work within service operational days/hours and able to be flexible as required
* Experience in the Early Childhood sector, unless being considered for the Trainee position, which is also currently available
* ACECQA approved Certificate III and/or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or working towards, depending on capacity. Early Childhood Teachers not required at this time, and therefore will not be considered. Trainees also welcome to apply!
* Current relevant First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates as well as Child Protection training completed within the last 12 months, specifically CHCPRT025 - 'Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk' (or willing to obtain/renew).
