About Outreach Physiotherapy:
Outreach Physiotherapy is a growing Darwin-based allied health provider specialising in paediatric, community, and NDIS physiotherapy. We bring high-quality physiotherapy to people where they live — in homes, schools, clinics, and remote communities across the Northern Territory.
We're a passionate, tight-knit team that believes great physiotherapy changes lives. We invest in our people, celebrate clinical excellence, and genuinely enjoy what we do.
The Opportunity:
We're looking for an experienced Paediatric Physiotherapist (3+ years) to join our Darwin team. You'll carry a rich caseload of paediatric and NDIS clients, work across clinic and community settings, and be part of a team that genuinely supports your professional growth.
This role is for a clinician who loves working with children and families, thrives in dynamic environments, and wants to make a real difference in the lives of kids across Darwin and the NT.
Why Join Us:
Paediatric-Rich Caseload — NDIS, developmental, neurological, and complex paediatric presentations. Genuinely interesting clinical work every day.
Darwin Lifestyle — Tropical living, incredible outdoor culture, and the chance to make a real difference in an underserved community.
Flexible Community Work — We go to families — clinics, schools, homes, and remote areas. No two days look the same.
Supervision & Mentoring — Structured clinical supervision, CPD support, and a collaborative team that genuinely invests in your development.
What You'll Do:
Deliver paediatric physiotherapy across clinic, community, school, and home settings
Manage and grow an NDIS paediatric caseload, including assessment, goal-setting, and progress reporting
Assess and treat children across a range of presentations including developmental delay, neurological conditions, musculoskeletal, and complex needs
Collaborate with families, carers, educators, and allied health professionals
Contribute to clinical supervision, team meetings, and in-service education
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in line with NDIS and AHPRA standards
Participate in outreach to remote and community settings as required
What We're Looking For:
AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist with 3+ years of clinical experience
Demonstrated paediatric physiotherapy experience (NDIS experience highly regarded)
Confident assessing and treating complex paediatric presentations
Strong communicator who connects easily with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current Working with Children (Ochre) Card or willingness to obtain
Enthusiasm for community-based and outreach work
