We are looking for
An FP&A Finance Manager who will manage planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting for one of Australia's fastest growing Land Lease Communities businesses, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to enable data driven decisions.
What You'll Do
* This role sits within the Development Finance FP and A team and supports the full suite of financial planning, analysis and reporting activities for Land Lease Communities.
* Lead Business Units through planning, budgeting and forecasting cycles, delivering accurate analysis and insights that support strategic and commercial decision making.
* Oversee month end, half year and full year review processes to ensure actuals are accurate, reconciled and ready for timely reporting.
* Prepare and review Investor Relations submissions, HY and FY portfolio reporting, capital partner reporting and Q and A documents for market facing activity.
* Support feasibility consolidation, benchmarking, valuation inputs, data accuracy and the identification and communication of project level risks and opportunities.
* Partner with technology teams to ensure data loads and system processes operate effectively at key milestones.

Experience and Skills That Count
* CA or CPA qualification with relevant tertiary studies.
* Experience in management reporting, financial accounting and commercial analysis.
* Proven ability in planning, budgeting, forecasting and month end processes.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Experience working with financial systems and data accuracy processes.
