About the Role
As an Accounts Assistant, you'll work closely with the Finance Manager and wider finance team to deliver high‐quality financial support. A major focus of this role is ensuring our customer billing is completed accurately, efficiently and in line with company policies.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, maintaining high accuracy, and supporting a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
Billing & Invoicing (Primary Focus)
* Generate and issue accurate customer invoices based on contracts, purchase orders, and service records.
* Review billing data to ensure completeness, correct pricing, and correct coding prior to invoice generation.
* Ensure all invoices comply with company policies, customer requirements, and contractual arrangements.
General Accounting Support
* Aid the Finance Manager and support wider accounting projects.
* Maintain a high degree of accuracy in all administrative and financial entries.
Operational Support
* Build positive working relationships with internal teams, customers and suppliers.
* Assist with departmental coverage where needed.
* Uphold company policies, including safety procedures.
About You
