This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Legal Assistant to grow their career in a highly regarded and progressive national Law Firm.
Providing administrative support to friendly and down to earth team, you'll enjoy a busy and varied role as well as the opportunity to continue to learn and develop your skillset.
**Some of your responsibilities will include, but not limited to;**
- diary management
- prepare documents and general correspondence
- general administration; photocopying, scanning and binding documents,
- monthly billing
- liaise with clients and coordinate meetings
- open new files and filing
**Skills and experience we'd love...**
To be successful in this role you will have at least 12 months experience as a Legal Assistant together with:
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- strong attention to detail
- intermediate MS Office skills
- a positive, pro-active and professional work attitude
