ALFF Property Group is a fast-growing Victorian property group overseeing two respected real estate brands: Lara Real Estate and The Creek Real Estate.
We are seeking an enthusiastic person to lead a young team across operations and financial performance, ensuring both brands operate efficiently, profitably and in line with long‑term growth objectives. This is a leadership role for a commercial‑minded operator who thrives on building strong teams and driving operational excellence.
About the Role
As Operations / General Manager you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day leadership and operational oversight of ALFF Property Group and its associated brands.
You will work closely with Directors and the leadership team to translate strategy into execution, while providing hands‑on leadership across people management, business operations and financial accountability.
Key Responsibilities
People & Leadership
* Lead, manage and support teams across sales, property management, marketing and administration
* Provide clear direction, accountability and performance management
* Foster a strong, values‑driven culture across all brands
* Support recruitment, onboarding and professional development
Operations & Business Management
* Oversee day‑to‑day operations across Lara Real Estate and The Creek Real Estate
* Improve systems, processes and workflows to drive efficiency and consistency
* Ensure compliance with industry, legislative and regulatory requirements
* Act as a central point of coordination between departments and leadership
Financial & Account Oversight
* Manage budgets, forecasting and financial performance across the group
* Monitor profitability, expenses and cash flow
* Work with accountants and external advisors on reporting and compliance
* Ensure operational decisions align with financial objectives
About You
You are a confident, commercially‑minded leader who can manage people, operations and financial outcomes - ideally within real estate, property, or a professional services environment.
You are comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and thrive in a role where you can bring structure, clarity and momentum to a growing business.
You will ideally have:
* Leadership or management experience, or the ambition to step into a senior, business‑wide role
* Strong people leadership and communication skills
* Solid understanding of business operations and financial management
* Ability to implement systems, processes and accountability frameworks
* Experience within real estate, property or a related industry (highly regarded)
* Leadership role with genuine influence and autonomy
