Our Client
Our client is an industry-leading vertical consumer resources provider with a national footprint, serving over a quarter of Australians. This household name is expanding and plans to invest $1 billion over the next five years. The in-house legal team is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join during this growth phase.
The Role
Seeking a lawyer with 8+ years of experience from top-tier, mid-tier, or in-house environments. The role involves key responsibilities in commercial law, contracts, tenders, and competition and consumer law.
The successful candidate will work on a variety of commercial transactions, review agreements, advise senior management, and handle competition and consumer matters.
Applicants with backgrounds in procurement, infrastructure, general corporate/commercial law, or FMCG exposure are encouraged to apply. Full position description available upon request.
