* Remuneration: $135,826.04 – $138,534.10 + Superannuation

What You'll Be Doing
* Provide expert clinical advice, organisation, leadership and consultancy services across stroke, rehabilitation and falls prevention and management.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, consumers and partners in the Far West Local Health District and NSW Health.

Selection Criteria
* Current Authority to Practise as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA; at least 5 years full‑time clinical experience including 3 years in the specialty.
* Post‑graduate qualifications relevant to the specialty (Rehabilitation, Stroke or Cardiovascular Disease).
* Effective communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal) and advanced IT skills for consultancy services.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
* Leadership in quality improvement, practice development and evidence‑based practice.
* Clinical expertise and leadership in stroke and/or rehabilitation.
* Capacity to identify educational needs and develop education plans/resources for patients/clients and health professionals.
* Commitment to work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients and families; current licence to drive in NSW.
