You are the "Operator-Trainer." You started your career hands-on – perhaps as an engineer, technician, or facilities manager – and you have since moved into workforce development, technical training, or capability uplift.
· Technical Credibility: 7+ years experience in a critical environment (data centers, pharma, power, aviation, fuel, heavy industrial).
· Program Design: Proven ability to design technical training programs, write curricula, and build competency assessments from scratch (not just deliver existing content).
· Regulatory Mindset: You understand what it takes to operate in a highly regulated or compliance-driven environment and can translate that rigor into training content.
· Facilitation Skills: You are comfortable in front of a room, whether teaching a new hire or coaching a seasoned Site Director.
· Documentation Discipline: You maintain version control, governance, and audit-ready records without being asked.
· Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Discipline, or Education. Certified training credentials (e.g., TAE40116) are highly regarded but not essential.
