Restaurant Manager – Lasseters Hotel Casino | Alice Springs, NT Employer: IRIS Capital – Lasseters Casino Operations Pty Ltd Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $68,865 – $80,000 (depending on experience and skill set) Location: Alice Springs, NT Lasseters Hotel Casino is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and Food & Beverage team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth operational logistics, and leading a high-performing team. The Restaurant Manager will enhance the guest experience, support staff development, and work closely with our Hotel and Casino departements.
