Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Demonstrated experience in a customer service setting including reception duties, phone enquiries, appointment scheduling and data entry.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills.
* Able to learn new processes quickly.
* Flexibility and initiative.
As an Administration Officer, you will work independently and within a multidisciplinary team effectively, providing exceptional support to our staff and patients.
