WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Diagnose, repair, and maintain CCTV inspection cameras and robotic cutters
* Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their challenges and clearly explaining solutions.
* Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless service when needed.
WHO YOU ARE
* Technical Expert: Experience in electronics/mechatronics and a Certificate III in Electronics (or similar).
* Great Communicator: You're approachable, friendly, and excel at delivering top-notch customer service.
* Detail-Oriented Problem-Solver: Organized and proactive in addressing technical issues and customer concerns.
