We are now looking for a Performance Marketing Director to take ownership of our acquisition strategy and lead our performance function to the next level.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
You will own and execute the full performance marketing strategy, managing significant paid media budgets across PPC, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic and affiliate channels. Your focus will be on driving scalable customer acquisition, improving ROAS and increasing lifetime value.
You'll lead attribution modelling and performance analysis, using insights to refine strategy and forecast growth. Working closely with data, product and commercial teams, you'll ensure marketing investment aligns directly with revenue targets. You will also be responsible for mentoring and overseeing a group of junior marketers.
WE NEED YOU TO HAVE...
* Experience in a senior performance marketing or growth leadership role
* Proven track record of scaling digital acquisition and delivering strong ROI
* Experience managing large paid media budgets across multiple channels
* Strong understanding of attribution, analytics and marketing technology platforms
* Commercially driven mindset with ability to link marketing to revenue outcomes
* Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
* Strategic thinker with hands‐on optimisation experience
* MUST have full Australian working rights
