Key responsibilities:
* Lead and manage commissioning activities, including commissioning planning, site acceptance tests (SAT) and R2 testing, to ensure successful project delivery
* Provide technical leadership for fault diagnosis, troubleshooting and corrective actions for complex technical issues
* Act as the key technical interface between customers, sales, technical and R&D teams to ensure timely and high‐quality issue resolution
* Deliver technical training to customers and service partners to ensure safe and competent operation of Sungrow products
Skills and experiences required:
* Valid working visa in Australia
* Electrical Engineering, Renewable Engineering and or similar background
* A minimum of 1‐3 years of experience in a similar position with relevant experience
* Utility project commissioning including R2 testing experience preferred
* Excellent communications skills (Written and Verbal) in English and fluent (Verbal) in
* Ability to effectively communicate with owners, team members, field team and subcontractors
* Strong problem‐solving and analytical skills
* Strong organisation and time management skills handling multiple tasks at once
