Overview
Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) is looking for a Training Scheduler Lead who will join the P-8A Poseidon Training team. In this role you will program and coordinate all training activities for the P-8A Poseidon at RAAF Base Edinburgh.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the support of scheduling and coordination of tasks regarding Fight Crew, Mission Crew and Maintenance training.
Supporting the successful coordination of all training continuum course delivery, including synthetic training device booking.
Support programming of planned simulation device upgrade activities and asset allocation to meet training schedules.
Conduct training system health and utilisation analysis, and generate reports to support performance measurement frameworks.
About you
Resource and asset scheduling and coordination experience
Experience working in Defence operational flying squadrons, or in a similar environment including the use of flight programming tools
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Configuration and data management experience
Understanding of Defence Training requirements
Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements.
