Role Purpose & Key Responsibilities:
* Support the implementation of curriculum and recovery programs under teacher direction
* Provide administrative and classroom support to assist teaching staff
* Care for students' wellbeing in line with Alta-1 values and protocols
* Supervise and engage students in small groups and one-to-one contexts
* Participate in extra-curricular and campus activities

* Commitment to Christian faith, college values and the highest standards of professional conduct
* Passionate about supporting at-risk and vulnerable young people towards positive growth and change
* Demonstrated capacity to support teachers in delivering curriculum and programs
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage students positively
* Ability to maintain accurate records and follow established procedures
* Experience with and commitment to student wellbeing, inclusion, and safety
