Job Summary
The Administration Officer will play a crucial role in supporting the Clinical Services team by providing administrative support, maintaining customer records, and scheduling clinical training.
This is a dynamic role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Clinical Services team, including updating and maintaining customer records and databases.
* Scheduling: Schedule clinical training, events, and coordinate associated travel requirements.
* Customer Service: Support unplanned leave for clinicians, contact customers, and reschedule as needed.
* Booking Management: Manage bookings, waitlists, and referrals for clinics and group classes.
* Team Collaboration: Participate and contribute to team meetings, including taking minutes and providing administrative support.
* Supply Management: Order and manage supplies and equipment.
* Communication: Attend to phone calls, emails, and triage clinical requests.
Requirements
* Computer Skills: High level computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to learning and using a range of IT systems.
* Customer Service: Professional and personable customer service skills.
* Attention to Detail: Eagle-eyed attention to detail and impeccable data accuracy.
* Communication: Confidence in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
* Prioritization: Ability to juggle changing priorities with poise.
* Problem-Solving: Initiative, problem-solving ability, and independent judgment.
Desirable Qualifications
Knowledge and experience in community services or aged care sector is desirable but not essential.
