Community Development Specialist
We are seeking a Community Development Manager to lead our community development programs. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in community service management, strong communication skills, and the ability to foster partnerships with stakeholders.
The successful candidate will oversee program initiatives aimed at enhancing social, cultural, and economic outcomes for Aboriginal communities. They must be able to work effectively with diverse groups of people and build meaningful relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Significant experience in community service management
* Strong communication skills
* Able to foster partnerships with stakeholders
* Demonstrated knowledge of Aboriginal cultures and histories
* Prior experience working within an Indigenous Australian context is highly regarded but not essential
