The Opportunity

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to WesCEF's ongoing success by delivering exceptional Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Onboarding services.

* Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, develop sourcing strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and optimise onboarding experiences.
* Advise and collaborate with hiring managers on role profiles, sourcing approaches, and candidate assessments.
* Identify opportunities to enhance and automate talent acquisition systems and processes.
* Foster an inclusive and engaging hiring process aligned with WesCEF's DEIB Strategy.
* Lead recruitment campaigns, manage branding initiatives, and coordinate volume recruitment activities such as assessment centres.
* Deliver timely reporting on recruitment metrics and ensure alignment with policies and procedures.


About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

* A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
* 5+ years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition, with a focus on strategic hiring (Desirable).
* Expertise in MS Office and HRIS, with strong analytical and organisational skills.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to excellent customer service.
* A proactive, collaborative approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
