This role is responsible for ensuring the effective, efficient, and safe management of freight solutions within the business.
Domestic Transport
* Lead and oversee all aspects of domestic freight operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
* Manage relationships and performance of freight service providers, ensuring compliance with service level agreements
* Coordinate with internal departments and external customers to align outbound goods requirements with appropriate transportation solutions
* Conduct freight consolidation and route optimization analysis to improve shipping efficiency and reduce costs
International Freight– Exportation & Reverse logistics
* Oversee the accurate recording and documentation of international stock transfers, storage, distribution activities, and returned goods
* Secure container booking, shipping documentations compliance records.
* Collaborate across internal teams and external logistics partners, ensuring seamless operations and monitoring performance against key metrics
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, safety, and the secure flow of goods
* Analysis of freight costs to identify and recommend cost saving opportunities
Experience Required
* A minimum of 1 year experience in a related role
* Problem solving and analytical thinking to support efficient decision making
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Continuous improvement mindset
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field (Finance, Logistics, international business)
* Additional certifications such as relevant transport compliance qualification (e.g., Chain of Responsibility, NHVR) will be advantageous

Pay range and compensation package
The salary banding for this role is based on experience between $75,000 - $80,000pa
