Reporting to the Ticketing Services Coordinator, this role plays a key part in delivering a world-class experience for all visitors across Powerhouse sites. You'll be responsible for managing and supporting our ticketing and admissions systems, calendaring tools, and bookings, ensuring seamless access to our events, programs, and exhibitions. With a focus on excellence and continuous improvement, you’ll also contribute to enhancing visitor services systems and processes to elevate every guest experience.
