About the Role
This full-time leadership role reports to the Community Services Executive Manager and oversees multidisciplinary teams across aged care, disability, and SEWB (Social & Emotional Wellbeing) services.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading and inspiring a team of caseworkers, coordinators, and social workers
- Embedding BRAMS' Model of Care and ensuring culturally safe service delivery
- Promoting person-centred care and compliance in assessments and care plans
- Driving continuous improvement, team development, and community engagement
About You
You'll bring:
- A tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health, or similar
- 2–3+ years leadership experience in aged care, disability, mental health, or SEWB
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and working cross-culturally
- Adaptability, solution-focus, and a strategic mindset
- Experience in an Aboriginal Medical Service is highly regarded
