This role is responsible for driving growth, efficiency, and sustainability, positioning the business line as a market leader in Colombia while ensuring alignment with the company's mission and vision.Strategic LeadershipDefine and implement the business strategy for the Pest Control line, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.Identify market opportunities and lead the expansion and positioning of the line nationwide.Business Performance ManagementEnsure the achievement of revenue, profitability, and growth targets.Monitor and analyse performance indicators (KPI) to drive continuous improvement in operational and financial results.Operational ExcellenceOversee all processes within the business line to guarantee service quality, cost control, and compliance with internal and external regulations.Promote the standardisation and optimisation of operational procedures across regions.Team and Talent DevelopmentLead, develop, and motivate functional teams under the business line.Ensure talent retention and succession planning are aligned with the growth of the business.Client and Market FocusEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty by maintaining service excellence.Foster innovation and value-added solutions that address client needs and industry trends.Sustainability and CompliancePromote responsible and efficient use of resources.Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standardsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or related fields.Master’s degree (preferred) in Management, Operations, or related areas.Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership roles within service-oriented or environmental sectors.Proven experience managing P&L and leading cross-functional teams.Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen.Excellent communication, people and leadership skills.Availability to travel nationwide.English: B2+ (professional level)#J-18808-Ljbffr
