About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Parts Extraordinaire to join our dynamic team. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and takes pride in running an efficient parts department.

You'll be responsible for managing customer enquiries, picking and packing orders, and ensuring the smooth flow of parts through our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical understanding and experience with a variety of equipment including but not limited to Caravans.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage incoming enquiries via phone, email, and CRM (Zoho Desk our CRM of choice).
* Handle a high volume of calls at times while maintaining excellent customer service.
* Identify customer needs including interpreting from photos and provide accurate parts solutions.
* Prepare and issue customer quotes in a timely manner.
* Perform pick and pack operations using WooCommerce and Shippit.
* Maintain accurate records of orders, quotes, and stock movements.
* Liaise with suppliers and ensure timely dispatch of parts.
* Take ownership of the parts department — ensuring efficiency, organisation, and continuous improvement.
* Collaborate closely with the team to deliver outstanding service and outcomes.
* Actively seek ways to streamline processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Youll work closely with our Warranty & Service team who are happy to jump in and assist as required too.

Skills & Experience Required

* Proven experience in a Parts Administration or similar role.
* CRM knowledge
* Proficiency with WooCommerce and Shippit (or similar systems).
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A proactive, can-do attitude willing to go above and beyond for customers and suppliers to seek solutions.
